macOS How to Advertise Bluetooth RFCOMM Service using plist file?

I've just registered! Have been browsing macrumors for awhile now though.

Well I've got a Q, How do I Advertise Bluetooth RFCOMM Service using a plist file?!

I am trying to make an app in Xcode using cocoa, that acts as a RFCOMM server. According to the documentation, I have to do this using a plist file, but I can't find any documentation on how exactly to make this plist file???!

I have already checked out the RFCOMMServerSample, but it doesn't even seem to work and I can't understand it's plist file either.

Any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Yes I did, I didn't study it but I did read it.

That plist they are showing, SerialPortDictionary.plist, like I said before it doesn't seem to work, so how can I find out what's wrong with it?

DataElementSize    Number    1
DataElementType    Number    1
DataElementValue   Number    3

And what do all those numbers in the plist file mean?

You need to read and understand the whole thing, including the linked documentation (Objects in Bluetooth Connections in particular) not just look at the example. In fact you should not look at the example at all until you have some chance of understanding it.
