iPad Pro How to airplay mp4 from iPad to Apple tv

hello.

I have an mp4 in iCloud I want to airplay to my Apple TV. Trouble is, there is no airplay icon when I open the video.

I can mirror my entire iPad screen to the Apple TV.
Does anyone know how to get the airplay icon to appear on the mp4 so I can airplay that across?

Check "play purchases from iCloud" is enabled in Apple TV settings.

Ill check that. The strange thing is I can airplay the same video from my Mac, just neither of iOS devices.

I was just now able to play a home video stored on my iCloud drive on my Apple TV via iPad. On the iPad, I used the native Files app to navigate to my iCloud drive to find and open the video. Then I swiped down from the top right corner of the iPad to get the control panel. There, selecting the Airplay triangle icon allows selection of Apple TV from a list of available Airplay devices. It should then play.
