Hi ! I have a video, that was shot in a green screen, keyed out and rendered with an alpha channel.
Now I need to draw some animated background in it by hand - not statick, but kind of a white board drawing video animation.
Say, in general, I need a possibility to draw any, below alpha layer, with any technique and any amount of frames.
But I don't know what the software should I go ? I stuck in it now a little bit, should I stick with photoshop, or after effects or adobe animate or ...any ?

Of course the software should be itself draw friendly intended.

Thanks !
