iPhone How to back up iOS apps?

Hi, it is possible to back ups iOS apps without Jailbreak?

1) I want only the app in current version, because the update in iTunes is very bad. .

2) I have a app with in app purchase, the new update in iTunes is very bad and the in app purchase is for one year only! Can I back up all the app?
