Anyone knows how to backup apps to Pc? Sorry if its explained earlier and i am new to this thread.. Please someone help me. i have already jailbreak my ipad and i dont have any clues to backup iOS apps after apple's new technology called app slimming. Any tweaks available???

You need to go into iTunes and go to app store and click on your purchases and then click on the app you want. It will download it to your app list. You can also click on updates and update them from there.

If you want to backup data, plug you device into your pc and load up iTunes. Then, click on the device button in the menu bar under playback controls. Then, when you are in the device overview, click sync. This is save all your data and apps to your pc as log as iCloud backup is off. If you would rather have backups in the cloud, go to iCloud settings on your device and then under backup, turn on iCloud backup.

Oops I forgot to mention that my iOS is 9.0.2 . So I tried everything and no luck up to now. Anyone with jailbreak, can tweak that. Because of app thinning feature, it's not possible to backup apps. Any other help please?

Yeah apps aren't showing up for me either in iTunes. Can I ask why you need to backup to iTunes?

Because some tweaks which are not supported in jailbreak will lead to flash or install whole system iOS via iTunes. So after flashed fresh firmware, we have to install whole lots of apps using download. So it will take time and data. I have like 1000£ worth of paid apps (downloaded for free) so I need to backup them otherwise searching all apps again on Internet and downloading again makes headache.
That's the only reason

I see. Yeah that's a problem. There is a purchased tab in the App Store, but you can't organize it. I would just iCloud backup as it looks like that's the only option for jailbroken phones.

Yeah exactly. But you can't download them using Apple Store. All are cracked apps and downloaded from other sources. So it's not possible me to using paid apps tab. I have to pay more than my iPad's price lol
Hope someone will come with a great solution. Thanks for your support. Cheers.

My advice was for apps from the app store. Didn't know you meant cracked apps.

Macrumors is against piracy and assisting in it. Support developers and pay for their hard work. I honestly hope you loose all your app data on your cracked apps and never find them again.

This is the second thread I've read today about pirate repos and pirated apps. There ought to be a sticky on page one that Macrumors does not condone piracy of any type.

But then there will be those who will need to know what 'condone' means.

Its in the rules and I'm pretty sure multiple stickies. Sadly, people still insist on pirating and then running here for help when it doesn't work.
