How to Backup NOTES On Windows?

If I set up as a new phone after a restore, instead of from a backup, will I be able to keep my notes on Windows when I re-sync my data?
iTunes on Windows doesn't identify a program to sync notes too. I don't want to lose them, as I have quite a few, lol.
Is there a program that'll enable this?

iTunes DOES identify a program to sync to....Outlook. So, sync to Outlook, then you can restore as new, and then sync the notes back to your phone.

Great tip, that wasn't possible on previous versions of itunes I think,
at least I can start using the built-in notes.app now which is my favorite, I had to buy another app to be able to synd OTA with my Exchange account but it's not as good as the built-in one, I wish they would implement Exchange sync for notes.app!
