Is there an equivalent of Ghost to backup the Windows partition so I won't have to reinstall it with bootcamp everytime? Since there is no floppy drive nor a BIOS on the Mac, I can't figure out how I would go on about doing this.

With bootcamp - NO

Try VMWare Fusion, I just switched.
Just do a complete SuperDuper! backup within Mac and you have a full working bootable backup.
You can boot, run Mac, VMWare and Windows right off your external drive.

Within VMWare Fusion, you can backup to USB hard drives.
Reinstall lets you mount an image, instead of having to reinstall Windows and all the programs separately.

Yeah but VMWare is an emulation program, bootcamp is a lifesaver for me.
