how to block incoming call/sms

how can i block incoming text messages and/or calls from outside the US (international)?
is this possible?
im new AT&T customer.

You should be able to get at&t to block those calls.

Oh I've tried, AT&T told me they could only block 1-900 numbers.

can i ask them to block like certain country code?
like from indonesia (+62)/malaysia(+60)?
