Sorry for the weird expression, but I don't know how to express myself XD.

You know, the new usb cable comes with a weird plastic thingy which you can use to arrange the cable around it.

Anyone knows what's the correct way to do it? I've tried different ways but doesn't work.

The white thingy is for holding your iPod into a docking station. It sits in the tray thing of the dock and stops your iPod overbalancing.

I think.

It's not the white thing for the dock, it's a transparent plastic which you can use to store the cable. I knew how to use it with the different one that came with the original nanos, but this one is completely different.

You mean the little piece of clear plastic that you throw away after taking the headphones out of the box? It's just packaging, not meant for repeat use.

The only clear plastic piece that I can think of is the desktop stand. You can set the iPod in it and watch a movie, I guess, and the little plastic clip balances the device perfectly. I still haven't figured out when i would want to do this.
