I tried to use the rules to manage the other accounts and try to move the emails to my primary Gmail account, but it ain't working. Any ideas to manipulate the sent item?

Not sure if this is what you mean, but if you go to Mailboxes and click Edit, you can enable a mailbox for All Sent.
This combines sent emails from all accounts into one folder.

Hi you guys @KALLT @Edgecliff, consider the following situation on Mac: I have two email accounts, A and B, I want to store all the messages in A, but sometimes I use B to send emails too. All I want to do is to use mail.app on macOS to move the sent items from B to A. I just want to manage the sent items since on the server side I've set to auto forward messages from B to A.

My bad, I thought you were on iOS. Still gotta get used about the whole macOS thingy.

I'm using Outlook on my Mac, but I suppose you can right-click on an email, then Move to and select the mailbox you want it to be in.
