How to Change Chapter Name in Audiobooks on iTunes

Hello. I listen to audiobooks a lot and use my nano to listen to them. On my nano, it shows the chapter titles, unlike iTunes that just shows the bundle or whatever or tracks, and the chapter selection at the top. However, the chapter titles aren't what the chapter is, and I'd like to edit them to be the name of what the chapter is. Does anyone know how to do this??
