How to Change jailbroken iphone 3g theme ?

hey guys,
so i jailbroke my iphone 3g 3.0 using my mac and red snow ...
everything works fine, i want to change the theme using winter board, i download themes, they go to winter board, but when i choose them through winter board, they dont work ..
anyhelp ?

You have to make sure they are checked, and possibly move them to the top of the list. And then make sure you respring your springboard.

Make sure they are at the top, selected. Also make sure you have latest MobileSubstrate installed. Last thing to check to to make sure your downloaded themes are 3.0 compatible.
