How to change lock screen wallpaper on macOS Monterey?

I have the new 14 inch MacBook Pro and when I turn on the computer it always shows the default red wallpaper that comes with it and I want to change it back to the regular Mac OS Monterrey purple wallpaper cause I like it better. I tried by going to Finder /Library/Caches and then deleting the picture and it didn't work. I also tried resetting the computer and it always brings back the red wallpaper that I hate so much. Please help guys.

That image cannot be changed. It is in the sealed system volume, and therefore not modifiable. The login window only displays when you restart the computer or log out of your account. Don't shut down your computer. It's not necessary. If you just stay logged in and let the computer sleep you will almost never see it.

They might not. Previously, up to Big Sur it was possible to change that wallpaper with a terminal command, which I believe no longer works.
But, yes, hopefully they will change that.
