Hey I'm not new to jailbreaking I just have no clue how to change my icons without having to get a theme which I don't want at all. Could someone give me a simple way to do it by computer or phone. I know this is easier than I'm making it out to be.

Also I've tried icon maker and using iFunBox but they never seem to work with me. I'm missing something I just don't know what. I have Icons that are already made that I want to use by the way & I have an iphone 4s help please :(

Inside each of your app folders, you will have the icon file names which are usually icon@2x.png. Sometimes it'll be Icon@2x.png or even icon@2x~iphone.png.

Just rename the original file name (in case you want to switch back) and name your desired file to the name and put it in the folder

Edit: you can use iFile from cydia and note you will have to change the permissions to mobile if it is on root. It tends to be root if you SSH files into your phone

What do you mean by change the permission?
