How to change the spelling language for iWeb and Pages?

I am constantly writing in Spanish and English. For example right now I need an English spell checker for Safari, so I just go to Edit -> Spelling -> Spelling... and select English from the drop-down menu and that's it.

However in iWeb and Pages, there is no drop-down menu for languages which makes me very very mad. How do you go about changing the spelling language in these two programs!?!?

I can't advise you on iWeb, but for Pages take a look in Inspector/Text/More and there's an option in there for language.
