How to change Video Language?

i have copied few movies with dual language in itunes English and Hindi, and in home sharing whenever i try to play those movies on my ATV3 it plays the default language, what is the way to change the language during the playback or before playback in ATV3 or in iTunes?
please help

bring up the chapter list during playback and scroll up the very top, should be able to change the audio track from there.
