Am I just missing it somewhere in the settings? I really would like to know how much I have used it.

To turn on battery usage:
Go to Settings
General
The second to last item from the bottom is "Battery Percentage". Just select ON and it will show up at the top right of your screen. When you're syncing, however, the percentage changes to "Not Charging".

Maybe I worded it wrong, but I was talking about how on an iphone you can check how many hours you have used your device for on the current charge.

Those apps are usually useless. All they do is multiply the battery percentage (which is usually updated at 5% or 10% intervals) with the advertised battery life. So if the iPad is advertised to watch movies for up to 5 hours and I have 50% battery life, the app will just tell me I can watch 2.5 hours of movies. Totally useless.

Well Guys, Maaz is asking totally different question. Please read. He is asking if anyone knew how and if iPad shows usage like the iphone does. for eg. in iphone it says USAGE like How many hours the iphone was used etetc.

Maaz, I am too looking at an answer as same Q as yours.

Haha finally someone gets what I am asking, please someone post if they know how.

Well, there's no phone function in the iPad so that isn't there. Data usage is 3G-only (as it doesn't track how many data you use on wifi).

I initially assumed that the iPhone apps that you mentioned weren't working correct on the iPad. It seems I assumed wrong. Do the iPhone apps that you mentioned work? Or do they not show the correct information, etc.?
