How to check how many sms sent/received?

I only have 500 sent sms a month on my plan, How can I check how many have been sent and received?...if there even is a way....

You can check online via AT&T or with the myWireless AT&T app. However, it isn't updated instantly.

Im actually from canada and use Rogers, I know I cant check it online with them....cant find out through iphone eh?...wow even my phone 7 years ago kept track lol.

I would call and ask them if there is some way to track this? Surely they should have some kind of options for you!

I know when I was with verizon on a limited sms plan, I could call some *number and it would send me a free text with my usage information...
