Is there a sure way to check your phone's screen quality? I have tried at the store, comparing my phone to the ones on display. at the max brightness they look identical, but not on max brightness my screen seems a bit off. But, it's so hard to finetune the settings on both phones to be identical, as there is only a slider with no percentages or anything...

I think my screen is OK. It’s just many people here are discussing defective screens.

Put on a 7% gray screen then go into a room and turn the lights off. But only do this if you want to return your phone lol

The screens are not identical. Their output varies. It’s a matter of luck whether you get a great one or mediocre one.

If you don't notice issues in normal usage, just enjoy your phone and stop trying to find an issue. All OLED panels have variations, but the panels Apple use in the 15 line are very good.
Thank you! This sounds comforting.
