I have an iPad 2018 and iPadOS 16.6. How do I check the battery condition? I can do this on my iPhone but not on my iPad.
TIA

Cycle count? Just curious.I'm running the free version where the "design capacity" tells me what I need to know. For instance, the design capacity for my seven year old iPad Air 2 is 58.6% which essentially means the battery is in pretty bad shape.
thanks for this - i need to do this now!you can use a shortcut for this on the ipad. See here and some more elaborate here. Install, select the analytics file @sparksd referenced and and run the shortcut (or just run the second one I linked to). You will all info you want:

I've been using iMazing for a few years but didn't know this battery info was there until now. Thanks for pointing it out.iMazing will also show the battery condition, and charge cycles. On any iPhone or iPad.
In addition to backing up your devices.
