How to check what updates I've installed via App store?

Hi guys, how can I check what updates I made via App store?

I received an update for my Mac Pro this morning. Stupidly, I skim read it and hit the Update button but now want to know what the update was. I know it was something to do with 32 and 64 bit software being compatible now (and thankfully I can now run Compressor again, which I was asking about last week).

That's the one.

I sussed it out by going to clicking on the  top left of your screen, click on About This Mac / click on System Report / Software in the left hand panel / Installations / click Install Date

You can get there a lot faster by holding down the Option key when you click on the Apple. You will see that "About This Mac" has changed to "System Information".
