iPhone How to choose from payment methods?

Hey,
I have 2 payment methods in my Apple ID account and I want to buy something in in-app purchase. When I try to buy it just make me press twice on the power button without option to choose from the payment methods.
how can I choose which one of the 2 to pay with?

Touch the payment method and you can select another one.

Usually on that screen it shows the credit card and I can touch it and select another one. I'm thinking more of buying things like food from apps, not in-app payments. Maybe that's different.
