Hello,

How to choose, which folders on the iCloud Drive will not sync with my HARD DRIVE on mac? It's pretty anoying, all files which I upload to the drive is syncing with my Mac's hard drive and taking away my space.

I think they all will sync and take up space on your HD. I went down to 50gb per month for backup space if needed. But, started to use CrashPlan and Sync. Trialing both of them atm.

All files are stored on your Mac under Library: Mobile Documents. iCloud is a syncing service and not a file hosting service.

maybe you can use a app to delete duplicates on your Mac,so that you can save your space.
Again, iCloud is a syncing service. If you delete a file that is synced to iCloud from your Mac it will auto delete from iCloud. If you want to store files in the cloud and not on your Mac you need to use a file hosting service.
