A couple months ago, I started to see some very small stain spots on the bottom of my Macbook pro early 2015 screen. It's very annoying to see while I'm using it. When the screen is turned off, I see it as in the picture below. But when it's turned on, I see it as very small water-ish drops. I tried to clean it using water, screen cleaner, and even alcohol, but it didn't go away.

Also that area doesn't feel as smooth as the unaffected area. So, I think it's on the outside of my screen not inside.

Please let me know if you've ever seen this before, or if you have any suggestion to remove it without the need of replacing the whole screen.

Many thanks in advance.

iklear and microfiber cloth (or eyeglass cloth).
What's the difference between iklear and any other screen cleaner? Also do you think it's more affective than rubbing Alcohol? I tried to rub that area very hardly but nothing went away.

iklear works. It's what we used at Apple to clean customer machines. DON'T use rubbing alcohol. Shut machine down, spray screen, wipe down.

Please confirm if this product works 100% because we don't have it in my country. So I have to order it online and wait for it. Also please re-read my post to make sure you understand the issue I'm having. Because those aren't normal stains. I can't even reduce them using anything -- they seem permanent. Also please note that I called apple customer service and showed them that picture and they told me you must replace the screen.

Just going to second never using rubbing alcohol or anything of the sort on a computer screen. If you have used anything stronger than the mildest screen cleaner or purified water than what you're describing is likely your own fault here. As these will eat the plastic, combined with heat is a bad idea!

OP:

I suggest you take the MBPro to a brick-n-mortar Apple Store (genius bar) and show it to them.
Looks like you might have "StainGate" (research that if you don't know what it is).
They -might- replace your display for free.

Suggestion:
In the future, clean the screen ONLY when absolutely necessary, with the GREATEST care.
The best way to care for these retina displays (which seem to be quite fragile in the real world) is to do one's best to avoid getting them dirty in the first place...
