I closed an old account and opened a new one in an app. When I open the app and go to log on, the old account still shows up as saved in 1Password, even though I have deleted the log on info in 1Password. Where do I go to delete this account so it no longer shows up? Thanks

You might try logging into 1Password on the web and see if the account shows there. If it does, you can delete it.

Are you sure it’s coming from 1Password and not the iCloud Keychain?
This worked! The stored accounts are in Keychain, under
com.agilebits.onepassword.b5Credentials. Each entry had an account id, which wasn't very helpful, but I deleted all of them and the existing accounts disappeared when trying to register an account.
