macOS How to collapse a full tree

In Xcode's Target Info window, I would like to collapse the full tree in one operation. Is there a way to do that?

Try holding down some key combinations first, its really easy to be honest no fansy preference or anything you hold:

Alt (Option key) + click grey arrow.
