When I installed 10.3b7 (could be coincidence) I went over my iCloud storage limit (5gb). At first I figured it was just the beta log files being backed up. But I have deleted my iCloud backups and I now have 1.2gb still used as "Docs". If I go into my iCloud settings "Docs & Data" are only taking 6-7mb on each of my two devices (iPhone 7 & iPad Pro). I am not using iCloud Drives to store anything. I don't have iCloud Photo or iCloud Music turned on. How can I figure out where the 1.2gb of data is so I can delete it?

Only way is to contact Apple. I had an issue with some phantom backups and documents and they were able to reset it on their end.

Thx. I'll give them a call.
[doublepost=1490659718][/doublepost]That did it. They had to clear out some server side data that had accumulated.
