Hi,
I‘m in the market for a new setup. Currently I have an old MacBook pro connected to a 2010 27” Mac cinema display. I’m interested in replacing the laptop with either a new MacBook pro or Mac studio but I’m not sure if either can be compatible with the old Cinema Display.
I would like to have M1 or M2 at least because of my photoshop use and other similar programs. Also interested in doing AI rendering natively on the machine.
The last thing is that I also have a continuing that connects with hmdi and usb so I need to figure out the port situation since it needs like there are limitations on the newer laptops and the studio.
Any advice appreciated!

I think any usb-c to mini display port converter will work with Cinema Display, no matter if it's an M1 Mac or not.
