I have to use my Macbook Pro during 2 back to back lectures -_-

I've heard of these:

1) Turn down the LCD light
2) Switch battery icon to better life
3) Turn off Airport
4) Turn off Bluetooth
5) Turn off DVD (How do you do this exactly?)

Can anyone add more?

Not much more...

That's really about all U can do...

Obviously, the Best Option (if you "have to use it" as stated) is Get another Battery as well... when Charged they stay quite well for a few weeks as I have found; then if U need it, U got a way to "stay alive!!"... Put to sleep and Change it out...

Seating is quite often at a premium and you can't just take a seat by an outlet, you gotta just settle for a seat anywhere where the only requirement is it isn't occupied. I've seen people plug in their laptops in class, but not if you're stuck in the middle of the room.
