Regarding the last Apple's Repair Extension Program for the MacBook Pro, I wanted to contact apple to arrange reimbursement, as program provides. But the problem is that I currently work in the country which only has Premium Resellers and AASP. So they cannot give me money back. I tried to contact Apple in my country(Italy) via contact form but unsuccessfully.

If you tried to contact apple via their contact us link, did you try calling them.

What do you mean getting reimbursed?

I cannot call them from abroad- that doesn't work in Europe.
One likely option is to call US apple, but I doubt they can help me because I'm not from States.

Apple with this program as well offer reimbursement to costumers who already paid for repair.

Well, I'm aware of that, but it doesn't helps me because I'm not in Italy in this moment. In addition, the contact form is only for national calls.
