I was in an accident (hit by a motorized delivery bicycle) while walking in the street in New York City and the AirPods Pro2 earbuds that I was wearing got knocked out of my ears. I wasn't in great shape at the time and they weren't collected from the ground along with me (the only thing I thought to make sure I had were my glasses). I went back two days later when I was back on my feet and predictably, they were gone. I still have the charger as it was in my pocket.

FindMy has located the airpods at an address in Barcelona, Spain, where they are being used (I can tell because they are being recharged). I've played the sound and set a "lost message" that they are lost with my US telephone number, but it's unclear to me how this message would be delivered since they don't have a display screen. Making the assumption that the person currently in possession of them would like to return them to their rightful owner, is there a way that I can convey that message short of knocking on their door or sending a postcard to the address on FindMy? Thanks.
