How to Convert a Quicktime movie to GIF?

I created a little cool video with Motion 3 with my name with fire inside of it. I want to convert it to a picture format to put up on our MySpace. I want the video to loop. How do I create this type of video. Is it Flash, Gif, etc.

Right now it is converted to a .mov and is about 30mb.

Update: I want to convert a Quicktime movie to a GIF format. What program do you use on your Mac?

Just output it as a sequenced tiff, & Convert it in Photoshop, or GIMP.
