iOS How to convert it?

While reading a plist file, I am gettting a date value as double. How can I convert it to NSDate?
Any idea??

How long is a piece of string?

Unless you know what the double represents in terms of time this is impossible. Is it the number of milliseconds since a particular date/time? If so what date/time?

It is the date field [last visited date] in the SuspendState.plist file which I am getting in numeric format.
