iPod How to copy music from iphone to itunes?

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I copy music from my iphone music folder to the music folder in itunes? Just in case I ever lose or damage my iphone.

I always add music from a separate music folder on my computer to my iphone so my itunes music folder is empty.
