How to copy plugins, effects from FCPX to another new FCPX ?

Hi, I have a 2017 macbook pro and 2015 macbook pro too.
My 2017 macbook has got some weird issues and it fails to render.

So, was thinking to factory reset it once.
But before that, I need to make sure,the 2015 FCPX has everything exactly the same settings and plugins installed.
How do I do that ?

How to copy FCPX settings plugiins titles, everything and make it paste to my 2015 macbook pro ?
