hey i have an old mac that i want to reinstall high siera. problem is i do not own a mac. Also my friends also do not own a mac. I read somewhere that you cant create a bootable mac os without a real mac. Is it possible to create a bootable high siera with a windows pc?

I have not tested it all the way on Windows, but I think you can use https://github.com/corpnewt/gibMacOS
First Install Python 3.8.2 Windows x86-64 executable installer from https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-382/ Be sure to check the option Add Python 3.8 to PATH
Download and unzip https://github.com/corpnewt/gibMacOS/archive/master.zip
Run gibMacOS.command to download option 4. macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G66) then run MakeInstall.bat to make a bootable USB.
