How to create a Folder in Files APP ?

I want to create a folder inside “On my iPad” and that too only in the files APP in my iPad with the name “Miscellaneous” how can I create it ? I do not want to create a folder inside any other APP or a Sub-folder like iCloud a drive or a Dropbox. So how can I do it ? Anyone ?
