How to create chapters in a epub file

I have a bunch of pdf's that i would like to create as chapters and store as one book in ibooks.

I've been using calibre to convert my pdfs to epub for ibook but i don't know how to create so it appears as if all my files are apart of one book.

I just have a bunch of chapters.

any help would be great. thanks!

I use Sigil to edit epubs, it works pretty well in general. It has support for chapters by using HTML heading tags.
