How do I turn them back on?the arrows tell you that the document has multiple pages (and only show when you click on the icon)...
what do you mean? they show only when you hover over the icon of a document that has multiple pages...How do I turn them back on?
Not true. I changed the icon size in finder and the arrows are no longer appearing.what do you mean? they show only when you hover over the icon of a document that has multiple pages...
seems buggy. i just tried changing icon sizes, and now, the arrows only show on large icons, and not showing when i revert to 32x32 (my default size since forever). will report it to apple on the feedback app...Not true. I changed the icon size in finder and the arrows are no longer appearing.

you could try moving the file into a folder, duping it, then moving the dupe back to the desktop (just a guess).Thanks. I like the arrows and want to get them back.
I tried many things and the arrows have not come back. They were very useful especially for video and audio files on the desktop.you could try moving the file into a folder, duping it, then moving the dupe back to the desktop (just a guess).
anyway, definitely buggy behavior (altho personally, since scrolling thru a doc at 32 pixels is useless, i prefer without the arrows...)
have you tried force-quitting the finder? rebooting your mac?I tried many things and the arrows have not come back. They were very useful especially for video and audio files on the desktop.
I have not but I bet a donut it won’t work. I will try when I get home from church.have you tried force-quitting the finder? rebooting your mac?
not sure what a path to a fix is, since it's a bug. hopefully apple will sort this out with the next update (or someone else on this forum will have a workaround)...

Feedback app? Website?the question is... if it happens again, will you need to reboot again? anyway, reported it on the feedback app...
Found the feedback app. Is this new? Wow I did not know this existed. Better than going to a website. Gonna add it to the dock. Will apple reply to my feedback?the question is... if it happens again, will you need to reboot again? anyway, reported it on the feedback app...
Not in my utilities folder. I had to use searchlight to find it.the feedback app is only if you're running the OS betas; there's an alias to it in the Utilities folder.
otherwise, go here (and no, you won't get a reply)...
