iPhone How to deactivate iPhone

I remember in the past redsn0w would allow me to deactivate my iPhone so that way i could reactivate it using iTunes. I don't think redsn0w works at all with iOS 6.1 so I'm wondering what does? I need this so that way i can unlock my iPhone without restoring. Thanks.

are you jailbroken? I think you could use SAM to deactivate the phone

Yes, it's jailbroken, what's SAM. Nothing in cydia pops up for that.

google about it. i believe you need to add a source and you'll be installing SAMPrefs or something

the activation doesn't work anymore, only the deactivation part of SAM works now

I can't get it to deactivate to the start up screen. I appreciate the help though, i guess i'll just restore it.
