How to deal with multiple iPhones with iPhoto?

My library is gold. My GF has an iPhone full of photos that I don't want combined with my photos. How can I clean up her phone but still save all her photos to the cloud? She's with me on a family plan for apps if that helps.

Bonus question: How do I delete all the photos on her phone so she can take more photos?
