how to delete a phone number after making a call??

Hey i an new to the iphone world so my question might sound newbish but bare with me

i wanted to know if i can delete a single number from the recent list call list without erasing all the numbers??

Can any 1 help??

You can't. It's a highly requested feature but Apple just seem to overlook it or completely ignore the problem every update they make.
