A bit convoluted, but here's the situation: I keep receiving junk emails to an .aol address that isn't mine, as I have gmail. Is there a way to somehow delete that fake address?

No. The email address you see in the To: line has nothing to do with the the SMTP transaction that got it delivered to you. It could be random text, it could be 'president@whitehouse.gov'. The analogy is not perfect, but think of a piece of paper with one thing written on it, and the envelope containing it having something completely different written on it.

Mark it as Junk, eventually GMail will get the idea.
