How to Delete blocked phone callers

You mean "unblock" a caller?
/Settings/Phone/Blocked Contacts
Click the Edit button.
Click the red "minus" next to the phone number you want to unblock, and click "Unblock"
You add blocked callers one at a time, and I think you also unblock (delete blocked numbers) one at a time.
