Well I reinstalled osx but I still have the hard drive on my desktop from the xp install that I had with bootcamp. How can I delete that I went to disk utilty and tried to wipe it but it is faded out. I just want to get rid of the entire windows install.?

Open up Bootcamp Assistant from the Utilities folder. Then select the "Create or remove Windows partition" option. Enter your admin password and then Bootcamp Assistant will do the rest :)
