How to delete iTunes beta?

So I installed the iTunes beta 10.1b and I want to delete it as it causes problems with the Remote app.

How do I delete iTunes without deleting my whole library?

Are you sure this wont delete my music library?

Dragging only the application to the trash will only delete the app. The next time you install and run iTunes, it will automatically find your library where it should be.
