How to delete photos already imported

How do you delete multiple photos you've taken with the iphone camera that have already been imported in iPhone. when i imported all these photos, i didnt click on "delete originals" so now i have hundredes of photos i want to delete now. i dont want to delete them 1 by 1.

you knwo what i want to know, i want to know if there is an app that will find all the files i have duplicates of in my computer for me,, i know i have hundreds that iphoto and itunes have made but I just can t seem to ever get them all.. and i know there is many many many more out there in my HD taht i would love to delete.
