For some reason, iCloud photos (and other toggles) kept enabling itself on my iphone 11 pro. I kept turning it (them) off. In the meantime, of course, my photos got uploaded to iCloud where I do not want them.

Trying to login to iCloud and deleting them has no effect since "iCloud Photos has been disabled.".

Not sure how to remove photos in icloud but not on the phone.

Do I need to enable things on the phone again? Don't want to do that.

Do I really need to wait 30 days for iCloud to finally let me remove those images?

I feel like I have little control over my own data, but perhaps I just don't know what I'm doing. .... LOL

Thanks in advance,
