Right now, when I do an Apple login, all devices on my account get buzzed. This includes my wife's phone.

Is there any way to control which devices get buzzed for 2FA requests? Would *really* like to disable it on my wife's phone. I can't see any way to do it. At the moment, my own phone is the only one listed under "Trusted Numbers".

You and your wife should be using separate Apple IDs. They’re really meant to be individual.

I agree, it's an old relic from before family sharing was a thing, but then we had some big problems when first setting up family sharing, so it's sitting in this old configuration for now. Changing to family sharing *would* solve this problem, may or may not be possible right now.

Question is whether there's a way to do it in the current configuration.
