I can, in theory, disable notifications by using Focus, but, as with Big Sur, I haven't found that Focus does so in practice. I can go to System Settings and disable notifications from individual apps, but the system itself continues to send notifications. thanks in advance for any help!

I too would love to figure a way to disable all notifications on my Mac.

i never see notifications (except for system ones we have no control over). i have everything off in the notification settings, and do not disturb 'off', set for 12:01 to 12 AM, every day. had this since the 'notifications' first appeared... and it's quiet here. ☺️
